12:48 pm - RIP CROSSFIRE : (
I can seriously say after about three weeks of Crossfire being off the air, I miss it like an old friend. I would do almost anything to bring it back. I loved it so much. I would watch it everyday, and if I couldn't my mother would tape it for me. I saw it live twice and wished I could have seen it more. Now the Crossfire guys have a new segment on Inside Politics that is too tame and boring. I liked the loud, passionate debating instead of the mild, friendly debates on the STRATEGY SESSION segment of Inside Politics. So what if almost all of America hated Crossfire? Bring it back, for me, PLEASE.

03:03 pm - Republican cat
Okay, I figured you folks might find this cute (if you like Tucker Carlson...).

Everyone, this is Trauma (the family cat). And this is Trauma hugging Tucker Carlson's book Politicians, Partisans, and Parasites: My Adventures in Cable News. She's never done this before. Ah yes, our wonderful cat. :D She knows where she stands in politics. Good kitty.

Kitty hugging bookCollapse )

Isn't she just so cute??!! XD

09:13 pm - James Carville
James Carville makes an appearance in Drew Barrymore's new documentary about young voters.

I just saw an advance screening at my college and he is quoted a few times, although not very much.

The documentary will be shown on MTV, but I'm not sure when.

12:31 am - Got bored. Made icons.
Any one else feel like Kerry vs. Bush is turning out to be a bit too much like Alien vs. Predator? Whoever wins, we lose.

Political ranting aside, here's the ticket that's kept me sane this year.
